            * 1/2 c. frozen tart cherries, pitted 
* 1/2 c. 1% low fat milk 
* 1/4 c. plain lowfat yogurt 
* 2 Tbsp. fresh blueberries 
* 1 Tbsp. cherry juice concentrate 
* 1 Tbsp. honey 
* 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 
* 8 ice cubes  
* 1 Tbsp. slivered toasted almonds 
* 1 Tbsp. chopped dried tart cherries 
* sprinkle of cinnamon (optional) 
            
            1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. 
2. Garnish with almonds and dried cherries. Serve immediately.
