EZ Peanut Butter Cookies (Flourless)

+ 1 c. granulated sugar
+ 1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter + 1 egg, slightly beaten + 1 tsp. vanilla extract What to do:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Drop by the teaspoonful onto baking sheet and press with fork.
