Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya

What you need:

+ 1-1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® ORIGINAL CONVERTED® Brand Rice
+ 1 lb. Cajun sausage or Andouille sausage, cut into 1/2-in. slices
+ 3 stalks celery, chopped
+ 1 medium onion, chopped
+ 2 cloves garlic minced
+ 2 c. chicken broth
+ 1 c. beef broth
+ 1 bay leaf
+ 1/2 tsp. pepper
+ 1/2 tsp. paprika
+ 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
+ 1 whole chicken breast boneless, skinless and diced
What to do:
1. Combine rice, sausage, celery, onion, garlic, beef and chicken broth, bay leaf, pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce in large skillet or Dutch oven.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 min.
3. Add chicken, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through and liquid is absorbed, about 10 min.
