+ 2 lbs. fresh sausage links or cubed pork
+ 3 (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles + 3 (12 oz.) cans corn, drained + 2 stalks celery, diced + 2 medium potatoes, diced + 2 medium tomatoes, diced + 4 c. (32 oz.) chicken broth + 1 tsp. dried oregano + 2 tsp. ground cumin + salt, to taste + flour tortillas + 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil What to do:
1. In large Dutch oven or deep skillet with lid, brown meat over medium-high heat until lightly browned; crumble into pieces.
