Spicy Crab

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 12 Min. What you need:

+ 8 oz. mixed crabmeat
+ half an onion, grated + 5 oz. white sauce + 1 tsp. tabasco sauce + 1 hard boiled egg, chopped + 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt + salt and black pepper + 1-2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese + paprika + lime wedges, to garnish What to do:
1. Make up white sauce using a packet mix (or place 5 oz. milk, 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 Tbsp. flour together in pan and cook gently, stirring continuously until thickened).
2. Stir crabmeat, onion, tabasco and egg into the sauce. Simmer for 3-4 min., then remove from heat and stir in yogurt and seasoning. 3. Spoon into individual dishes, and sprinkle with parmesan and a little paprika. Place under a low-medium broiler and cook until golden brown.
